In League 3 there would be 36 clubs.
The clubs would be divided into 6 groups of 6 clubs.
Each club would play 10 games.
The top two from each group would be promoted to
League 2.
The last two from each group would be relegated and
cannot participate in the next League 3 pre-qualifying.
League 3 Champion
The four worst winners of the groups would participate
in the first round.
The winners of the first round together with the two
best first of the groups (exempted from the first round) would participate in
the second round.
The winners of the second round would participate in
the Final.
The winner Final is the league 3 Champion.
The winner Final is the league 3 Champion.
