League 3 pre-qualifying

League 3 pre-qualifying would be played before the Leagues 1, 2 and 3 started.

In League 3 pre-qualifying there would be 56 clubs.

Each country participates with one club.

The best club in UEFA club ranking not yet integrated. No country can elect another club if already has 7 or more clubs in league 1, 2, 3 and in this pre-qualifying.

First qualifying round (home and away games)

Participate the 16 worst clubs in the UEFA Club Ranking of the 56 eligible clubs.

The winners of each game would qualify for the second round.

Second qualifying round (home and away games)

Participate the 8 clubs winners from the first qualifying round and the 40 best clubs in the UEFA Club Ranking of 56 eligible clubs.       

The winners of each game would qualify for the third round.

Third qualifying round (home and away games)

Participate the 24 clubs winners from the second qualifying round.

The winners of each game would have the right to participate in the League 3.
