In League 2 there would be 36
clubs.
The clubs would be divided
into 6 groups of 6 clubs.
Each club would play 10 games.
The top-ranked in each group
would be promoted to League 1.
The second classified from
each group would participate in a play-off with the fifths of League 1. The
play-off winners would secure a place in league 1, while the losers would go to
league 2.
The last two from each group
would be relegated to League 3.
League 2 Champion
The four worst winners of the
groups would participate in the First round.
The winners of the first round
together with the two best first of the groups (exempted from the first round)
would participate in the second round.
The winners of the second
round would participate in the Final.
The final winner is the League
2 Champion.
