First Year Implementation

In the first year of implementation of the European Cub League, the following conditions would have to be observed:

League 1

Each country in the first five places of the ranking would have the right to participate with 4 clubs.

Each country between the sixth and fifteenth ranking places would have the right to participate with 1 club

The top six in the Club UEFA Ranking and not yet integrated in the league 1. No country can have more than 4 clubs in league 1.

League 2

Each country in the first five places of the ranking would have the right to participate with 2 clubs.

Each country between the sixth and fifteenth ranking places would have the right to participate with 1 club

The top sixteen in the Club UEFA Ranking and not yet integrated in the league 1 or 2. No country can have more than 7 clubs in league 1 and 2.

League 3

Each country in the first fourteen places of the ranking would have the right to participate with 1 club.

The top ten in the Club UEFA Ranking and not yet integrated in the league 1, 2 or 3. No country can have more than 8 clubs in league 1, 2 and 3.

Twelve clubs came from League 3 pre-qualifying.
